The Limmat Foundation supports the project “Laboratório de Educação” (Labedu) in Brazil. It enhances educational practices by creating innovative methods, projects, and products through research, implementation, as well as evaluation. Labedu trains adults – including teachers, family members, and public education professionals – as essential contributors to children’s learning. This approach fosters meaningful change both in and out of school.
Labedu already celebrated three major milestones: the launch of its early education program in Maranhão, the distribution of learning materials to more than 140,000 children in São Paulo, and the recognition with the Jacobs Foundation Best Practice Prize for its outstanding commitment to evidence-based education.
By investing in education today, Labedu inspires a brighter future for generations to come.
