- Evaluation, selection and definition of
each project by the local partner prior to its submission to the
foundation
- Utilization of the project center's experience and adaptation to the
donor's requirements whenever necessary
- Cooperation with qualified and industrious people in the host
countries, people imbued with a "can-do" attitude and a generous
concern for others
- Demonstration by the working partner of its ability to raise local
contributions, both in volunteer services and financial backing
- Capability of the local partner to carry on the project once the
Limmat's catalytic support has ended
