Leading Image of the Limmat Foundation

The Limmat Foundation was established in Zurich, Switzerland, on March 13, 1972, and was recognized as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. The foundation is active both in Switzerland and abroad, endeavoring to stimulate, encourage and support initiatives which serve the common good. It realizes its own projects and collaborates with individuals and/or institutions on other undertakings to achieve mutually desirable ends. The Limmat Foundation has neither a political nor a religious character. 

Bridging Worlds: The Limmat Foundation is a bridge between rich and poor, north and south, between donors and needy beneficiaries. (Mission)
